Role-Rotation as a fundamental concept, teaching all participants, regardless of gender,
how to lead and how to follow.
This approach applies to all courses taught in the partner classes at Bachata Stuttgart.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Lou is a certified Bachata instructor who has been dancing for most of her life. Her passion for the Latin culture and the Spanish language eventually led her to the Dominican Republic in 2015, where she first fell in love with Bachata and the Caribbean.
WHAT MAKES BACHATA STUTTGART BY LOU UNIQUE?
Today, Lou is known for introducing the concept of Role Rotation in Bachata in Germany. Role Rotation is not a cultural, but a methodological concept. Bachata Stuttgart offers an inclusive and respectful learning environment where dancers explore the beauty and fun of Bachata while both leading and following regardless of gender. Teaching in English allows a diverse and international community to come together. Culture, dance, music and modern role interpretation come together in one place.
